Everyone has these coats. I mean everyone (in NYC). It's only a shame that I wasn't wearing my coat next to these other 2 strangers wearing the exact same coat. I happened to be wearing my orange parka that day. I guess it doesn't really matter though, seeing as I didn't have someone to take a photo of the 3 of us. Missed opportunities...
Here's the a link to the coat in case, you too want to look like everyone else (and be warm!)

Visiting Home
Heading back to STL for Christmas was soo much fun. I really enjoyed visiting friends, playing with my dog, hanging out with my little brother, snow on Christmas Eve and day. Wow. It was definitely what I needed after last year's Moroccan Christmas. No goat brains this time around, pure holiday cheer.
Carson after he insisted on wearing the Santa hat.
Santa even came to visit. And Carson would like a new dog, ok Santa?

30 or 4 and drunks
More Subway people.
I'm soo confused as to this little girl's age. Regardless, I think she is too cool to be taking the subway
They were completely 100% passed out at 3:30 am.

China Town
Nick and I went on a walk through China Town the other night. We drank bubble tea, ate takoyaki, and took a few photos with my iphone. In case you don't know what takoyaki is... wikipedia! Nick loved it, me, ugh, well it was okay.

The Subway People
I love taking photos of people on the subway. I believe that this is the beginning of lots of future blog posts.

Julia and I make cupcakes + fall funness in Brooklyn
These photos are a little overdue but, part of Julia and my Halloween festivities included cupcake making. Delicious. I think, now, it's about time for Christmas cupcakes. :)
I tried to send something to Alicia back in MO and apparently the address was insufficient.

Enjoying the Halloween Season
What better way to get into the Halloween spirit then to carve pumpkins, eat pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin pie, and a pear tart? Right? It was amazing. Tomorrow: Halloween cupcakes and designing the costume. Photos will be up as soon as possible!
All of the pumpkins before the carving and my Hot (Mint) Chocolate!
