Coffee and Tea Festival

It's no secret that I love coffee and tea, so this event was a must.  As an added bonus, Groupon had tickets to the festival on their website for half off.  AWEOSME!

Nick was interviewed about one of the coffees that we tested.  The best was of course the turkish coffee... yum!

Ladies of the Subway

I've been trying to collect more photos before going through with this post but unfortunately without much success.  Discrete subway photos are impossible and don't come out most of the time.  I LOVE seeing all of the older women covered in fur.  I guess that's one thing to look forward to when I'm an old lady.  The best photo didn't come out very well.  Partly because they were getting off and partly because Nick didn't realize that he had a wife. It was of a man and his wife and they both had on the puffiest fur coats and hats.  Hers was bright red and completely awesome. You can kind of see it...

I think this might qualify as one of the best things I've seen on the subway.

This lady was adorable and reading a book about what to keep and what to get rid of in your closet.  I think she should get rid of the book.
